Techbox Dunedin is on the hunt for someone who is able to provide a professional and caring helpdesk support.
You will be highly-motivated with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to every customer who calls.
As a helpdesk Technician you will serve as the first point of contact for customers who require technical assistance.
You will assist with the day to day running of our IT systems, including:
- Assessing technical issues over the phone, in person or by email for customers
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and problem-solving
- Determining best solutions based on the issue and details provided by users
The successful person for this role will be tertiary qualified in a computer science or related field and have:
- a high standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Solid helpdesk or call centre experience
- Strong technical skills across MS operating systems
- Proven ability to develop and adhere to systems and processes.
